BIOGRAPHY

Pasha has been a full-time personal trainer for over 11 years, running his own training company and bootcamps in both Australia and the UK.

While studying for his BA in Sport and Exercise Science, he found Crossfit; a methodology that bridged the gap between sport and strength and conditioning. He’s since taken on the role of a Crossfit Trainer to further pursue functional fitness and help facilitate both health and athleticism for everyone he trains.

That being said, he still hates the Assault Bike.
