So to get started on our nutrition service we record food and drink for a week to get a full picture of where you’re at right now.
The process is all about you, the exercise of recording your intake alone is often more therapeutic than expected and will help you start to create some awareness around your food.
The easiest way to use this is to open in the free google sheets app, make available offline and then fill out your food in the app as you go. Of course if you prefer to fill out elsewhere and update the sheet later, or even go old school and print the sheet out, that works too!
