With over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Sara discovered CrossFit after having her son and became hooked! She strongly believes in CrossFit as an adaptable training method, as well as loving the sport that has been created from it.


She has been exposed to sports she would never have considered before, and gone so far as to join a weightlifting squad for whom she competes. She also enjoys rock climbing and OCR, and CrossFit looks after her training for both!
