CLASS DESCRIPTION
Although this class uses the elements you might see in worlds strongest man, you don’t need to be an Icelandic mountain to benefit from it! Using carries, holds, lifts, pulls and pushes of odd objects, like logs, sandbags and sleds this type of training actually has the best carry over to real life and is a great fun way to mix up your week.
