CREATION

We have a decade of experience creating programming delivered to a varied population, by a large team of coaches across different locations.

 

We focus on handing off a product to the coaching team that gives them clear context, instructions and expectations to deliver and adapt to members of all levels

 

  • we work to understand the needs of your community, coaches and logistics of your facility before creating a bespoke training programme

 

  • Details of progressions, movement pathways, pre-requisites to members and movements standards are attached to make delivery clear

 

  • intent for each session is given so your coaches understand the “why” behind each workout

 

  • you and your team feedback before final copy is issued and we take questions and feedback as each individual session is delivered

 

  • generally delivered one month at a time but can be delivered for longer blocks if requested

 

  • if practicable we prefer to meet with the coaching team at the outset of our work on this

BUSINESS
CONSULTING

The next step in commitment to your development and progress! Support in all areas of your business, always led by you and focussed on what you feel best serves your organisation. Can include (but not limited to):

 

  • work with, or create, operations systems including facility management, CRM, onboarding and any other process that is important to your business
  • a look at current marketing plans and initiatives from broad strategy to fine details of lead generation and membership growth
  • Working through any struggles and development of the team, including recruitment if that is a focus
  • Discussion and support around accounts and finance if needed

ADAM BAILEY

With 15 years experience building and running businesses, Adam understands the entrepreneurial sprit.

 

After building a successful personal training business in the highly competitive central London space, Adam opened the first CrossFit affiliate in London square mile. 

 

The facility was full in a year and so expanded into a second space, which created the foundation for the Movement Labs brand that now houses 2 central London locations, specialist training courses, nutrition coaching and an osteopathy clinic 

 

After navigating lockdowns and the post pandemic market, Adam continues as owner operator of Movement Labs, while helping other entrepreneurs and business owners build their own success through our business development mentorship programme.

TRAVIS HUVA

With Over 5 years of experience writing and delivering both group and individual fitness programmes, Travis is the lead programmer for both Movement Labs locations and well versed in the art of writing intentional and effective training programmes.

 

With a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and energy systems, Travis applies this knowledge to programme frameworks that optimise group training results across varied populations, no matter your equipment and facility set up.

 

Communication and feedback is key part of the process; Travis ensures your team have full clarity on progression pathways and the intention behind each session. Equally, Travis receives feedback to refine your programme so it delivers what you and your members need!
