What To Expect

WHAT YOU GET
– Coach lead, small group training sessions, 7 days a week
– Online check ins and support with our head coach between your sessions
– Use both our central locations in Farringdon and Aldgate
– Access our programme and track your training in the Movement Labs app

During your introduction we hope you’ll try multiple sessions, meet our coaches and bond with your peers.
In week 2, you’ll have a consult call with our head coach to hear more about your experience, what you want to achieve and how we can support your journey there.
If it’s a good fit, we’ll make a plan and get you set up with your next steps!
